Welcome, and thank you for visiting our website. Black and Associates Auctioneers Inc. was established in 1979 by the late great Glen Black. In 1989 Troy Black started his auction career while still a junior in high school. Troy graduated from Othello high school in 1990, and then graduated from Ricks College in 1995. In February of 1996 Troy graduated from the Missouri Auction School, and shortly after that purchased the auction business from Glen. In the fall of 1996 Troy was named the Idaho Rookie Auctioneer of the year by the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers.

Since then Black and Associates Auctioneers Inc. has conducted and participated in auctions throughout the United States and South East Asia. Routinely Black and Associates Auctioneers Inc. average more than 150 auctions annually that we conduct and participate in. We have auctioneers strategically placed throughout the United States to help better serve the needs of our clients, and because we work with so many auctioneers, we have been able to specialize in many types of auctions.

We are a full service auction company that provides expert knowledge and skill from start to finish. We understand many times the emotional stress of sellers, whether it’s and estate, ranch, or business. We treat every item with great respect, and put just as much effort into selling your small goods as we do your large ticket items. We are meticulous to details. We have a comprehensive advertising plan that allows maximum exposure to the potential buyers for your auction. This allows us to achieve the highest financial return to our clients through the competitive bidding process.
